Le Max 2 Review in Hindi, Le Max 2 Review

Earlier this year, LeEco made a big splash in India with its first smartphone. In 6 months, the company is ready to release a second generation phone. We are talking take 2 And Le Max 2. The company first introduced these smartphones in China, after several days of waiting they became available in India.

Both devices have been part of the news headlines. The reason is not the specifications, but the fact that these phones do not have a 3.5mm headphone jack. Instead, LeEco’s CDLA feature is present.

today we le max 2 I’ll consider it. This Le Max ,review) is an updated version. Tell us how much better the new version is than the old one? what’s inside it xiaomi mi 5 ,review) AND OnePlus 3 ,review) is this a complicated thing?

Appearance and Design
The Le Max 2 looks similar to its predecessor from the front, but the rest of the body design is slightly different. This gives the feeling of a more sophisticated look. The rose gold version won’t be to everyone’s taste, but you can solve that problem by using a case. The phone gives the impression of a bezel-less display with a very thin black frame. This appears when the screen is on.

The metal body of the phone slides in your hands. This makes it difficult to use the phone with one hand. This time LeEco has used a 5.7-inch Quad HD display. It also has Gorilla Glass protection. We have no complaints about this. Color rendition is good. The same can be said about the brightness level. Reading information on your phone screen in sunlight is not difficult. There are backlit capacitive buttons for navigation. You’ll also get an LED notification above the display.

There is a slot for two nano-SIM cards on the left side, while the volume and power buttons are on the right side. The phone’s memory cannot be increased as it does not have a microSD card slot.

The back of the phone has a bulge due to the camera module of the phone. There is a high probability of wear on its edge. This issue also occurred with our test device. The fingerprint sensor is located under the camera. The good thing is that its sensor is larger and better designed than the Le Max’s. The Le Max 2 featured Qualcomm’s Sense ID ultrasonic fingerprint recognition technology. As the name suggests, this sensor uses ultrasonic sound technology to map your fingerprint. It takes a second, sometimes more, to unlock your phone. We talked to LeEco about this, and the company said that the problem was in our test. The company’s statement does not need to be true.

In the retail package, you get a power adapter, a headphone adapter, a case, a SIM eject tool, and a quick start guide. LeEco Type-C headset sold separately. Users who purchased LE Max 2 in the first firmware received it for free. In terms of design and appearance, Le Max 2 is much better than its older variants. Despite the small screen size, it appears larger and weighs 185 grams.

Specifications and software
Like most flagship smartphones launched this year, the Le Max 2 uses the quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset. It is available with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage. The cheap variant has 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. Other features include Wi-Fi b/g/n/ac, USB-OTG and GPS. The phone does not support FM radio or NFC.

The biggest change in hardware is the USB Type-C audio standard, which LeEco calls CDLA. The phone runs EUI 5.6 based on Android Marshmallow. All the useful features of Android have been retained in Le Max 2 and the company has worked on adding them. This is a single layer interface. Swiping right will take you to browsing where you’ll find the YouTube playlist. You can also disable this page. You can also customize your phone’s theme and wallpaper, but by default you don’t have many options.

The “Live” screen button will take you to the LeLive service. Here you can watch many popular TV channels. All these services are part of the LeEco Supertainment ecosystem. To use it, you need to register for a LeCloud account.

The interface is not very friendly. Most things have changed. The shortcuts used to launch apps have been moved to the app switcher screen. The notification panel is completely reserved for notifications. Pre-installed music player, infrared remote control, video player, Yahoo Weather and voice recorder. Google apps are also available. The software needs further development.

performance
Le Max 2 handles general purpose tasks with ease. The credit for this goes to the processor and a large amount of RAM. There have been complaints about the phone overheating while playing games and recording videos in 4K resolution. On average, you will always have 3.5 GB of RAM left, so there will never be any problems with your phone slowing down. The interface works fine, but there is no Nexus Touch. The headphones are loud enough for phone calls. There were no problems using the phone on a 4G network. Le Max 2 performed excellently in performance tests.

The video player plays 4K videos smoothly. Apart from this, it also provides a popup option. LeEco has also provided the necessary video and audio codecs to support popular formats. The phone supports Dolby Atmos.

We liked the Le Max camera, and the new version didn’t disappoint. The 21-megapixel sensor has optical image stabilization and PDAF functions. The camera is able to focus quickly. Sometimes the shutter doesn’t fire properly, causing many photos to turn out a little blurry. This sensor photographs the landscape in detail. Color noise is limited in low light or unnatural lighting. 4K and Full-HD videos are good. The slow motion video quality is not very good.

Some changes are also possible in the camera application. It’s very simple and easy to understand. But since there is no professional shooting mode, it does not give a sense of completion. The 8-megapixel front camera takes decent selfies, but video recording is limited to 720p resolution.

battery life
The phone has a 3100 mAh battery. In our test, the video cycle lasted 11 hours 53 minutes, which can be considered a good indicator. But we think LeEco should have provided a larger battery. With normal use, the phone’s battery lasted for a day. The phone also supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 technology, which helps speed up the charging process.

our decision
The biggest complaint about the Le Max was its price, which the company has tried to address with the Le Max 2. The Le Max 2 starts at Rs 22,999. This price is for the 4GB RAM and 32GB storage variant. This makes the phone the cheapest smartphone in the market to be powered by a Snapdragon 820 processor. In this regard, the phone is almost impossible to beat. Remember that you will not be able to increase your phone memory.

The device we reviewed is priced at Rs 29,999. With this, you get 6GB RAM and 64GB internal storage, which means its direct competitor is the OnePlus 3. The Le Max 2 has a higher resolution display. The camera, battery life, CDLA audio and streaming services all go in the phone’s favor. However, there is a lot of room for improvement in the software. The phone is a little heavy. It does not have NFC, and to purchase it you will have to participate in a flash sale. The fingerprint scanner is also not very fast. However, the company says this issue only affects our review unit.

We like what LeEco has done with the Le Max 2. But the price difference between its two variants is a bit stingy. If you are thinking of buying within this budget, you cannot ignore the OnePlus 3. It is easily affordable and is also an excellent smartphone.
